Experience your own private transfer. A Shore excursion to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle

Upon departing your cruise terminal, we will head towards the lovely town of Windsor. The castle has been home to royalty for more than 900 years. Similarly it is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. Today The Queen will spend most of her private weekends at the Castle. The Castle is at the top of a steep hill, and our route covers long distances.

After departing from Windsor, we will proceed on to Stonehenge, an UNESCO World Heritage site. The stone circle has been on this site for over 4, 500 years. After all it is one of the wonders of the world and the best known prehistoric monument in Europe.

Once we depart Stonehenge we will return to Southampton to your ship or other agreed location.

9am Meet at Cruise Terminal and Depart Southampton
10. 30 am approx Arrive Windsor Castle
1 pm approx Depart Windsor
2. 30 pm approx Arrive Stonehenge
3. 30 pm Approx Depart Stonehenge
4. 30 pm approx Arrive Southampton

Meeting Location + Tour Duration

Meeting location: We shall collect you from your Cruise Terminal and the guide will introduce themselves and identify with their qualification badges.

The Transport for London Cab Drivers License is clearly displayed on the front and rear windscreens of their Licensed London Black Cab.

End location: We shall return you to your Cruise Terminal at the end of the tour. Similarly we can drop you at another agreed point for you to continue your day.

Restrictions

We are not Blue Badge Guides. So although we can accompany you inside the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Westminster Abbey we are not permitted to guide inside these historical monuments.
